What a great day. Audiogene were fab. Steve were incredible. DJ Horner was Too Cool For School. Adrian Holloway blew our socks off.
I reckon we got a crowd of around 250- a sizeable crowd although less than we'd expected. When the call came it is universally agreed that it was one of the Top Ten Tensest Moments of All Time. You could actually see people starting but not going anywhere until someone finally made the brave move and a load of people all descended on the front. The response was the usual mixed bag but the great thing was we got 6 definite first-time commitments (meaning people asking God to come into their lives in a very real way). Awesome!
My Cringey Moment of the Day:
If anyone has seen Steve you will know that they are a very cool bunch of fellas. So when I accidentally found myself in their dressing room with their drummer looking ashen-faced and cringing behind his trousers mid-dress...well I've still not got over the embarrassment. And the bassist beat me at foozeball. I'm such a girly.
