Day Five...Sometime Thereafter

Day Five, again, went really well. The piazza was happnening, the delegates visited some residentials homes (your mission: to beam and sing at the Old Dears. Now try not to scare them, dear.) and we went off by coach to Southwark Park for and evening of music with the fab 29th Chapter, Raymond and Co. and Greenjade.

I'm really tired but it's generally been agreed that the week was wonderful. The church was marvellous- loads of people really got stuck in and blessed the community. The opportunities were great- lots of good conversations happened. And I think my favourite thing of the week was today when a 19 year old guy who came to the gig through one of the flyers, heard the gospel and responded to it came to church this morning. Good news!

It's over now, though, and long may God's hand be on our area. People here need hope and judging by the conversations that went on and the friendships that have been struck up people are extremely thirsty for truth and real spiritual experience.
