Are you bored? Feeling a little tired of your routine? Not as bored as the egomaniacal David Blaine is going to be by the time he gets out of his self-imposed imprisonment.
I guess dreaming about the publicity and money from this stunt should while away, oh, a few minutes. Then he can concentrate on more interesting things like the crowds of sceptical and slightly annoyed people who find this sort of exhibitionism one of the worst excesses they've seen this summer.
These infuriated Londoners have come up with new and interesting ways of dealing with the situation and I have to say I find them highly amusing. From the crowd of golfers who practised theirs swings by hitting golf balls at the box, to the group of advertisers who played one of those annoying (yet oh-so-funny in the situation) jingles we keep hearing from the directory inquiries over and over again, the list of not-so-innocent bystanders seems to be on the up and up.
Way to go, London!
