I don't think I've cooked since mission. Which was a while ago... a good 2 weeks or more. Anyway, tonight I cooked dinner for the poor starving family. Lime-ginger chicken breasts (cooked on the bbq) and avocado & pear salad (with a sour cream and lime juice dressing). The common theme was lime. I saw the avocado recipe in a magazine and thought the chicken would go well with it. And it did.
Tonight I am either going to make hokey pokey biscuits (which I am told are a New Zealand thing but certain wibloggers may correct me) or a low fat choc chip banana loaf. Haven't decided which. Or maybe they will both wait til tomorrow. Eh. For the moment I am eating almonds and hazelnuts and fooling round on my computer.
