Today was our accreditation inspection. Every staff member has an interview with the assessor where they ask you questions about the pharmacy standards. This was lots of fun. I had a great one about "what is the dress code for this pharmacy" which I answered "er... the uniform that everyone except me is wearing but I don't have one because I'm leaving on Friday". I had a bit of trouble remembering the fancy names for all the forms needed to document everything.
"So yay what do you do if someone falls over in the pharmacy?"
"er well the person with first aid qualifications... which would be me... does first aid... calls an ambulance/doctor if necessary... clean up the area. Then fill in that form for when something's happened... oh yeah, the incident report... then fill in the other form for stopping the same thing happening again... you know the one! The one with all the um blank spaces to write stuff!!"
"the preventative measures form?"
"that's the one!"
