Today's drive was through an area little known to my brother or myself. We meandered around strange suburbs for almost an hour and then came across a road that said it was a crescent. I like crescents because you can go round and round and round them as many times as you like so it's not stressful. We did a few laps of the crescent and on about the second lap we noticed a park. It looked like a good park. For a start it had real metal slippery dips instead of that plastic junk found everywhere. And it had real swings. I kept driving and the next time round we decided that we'd change direction (this involve practicing U turns in a culdersack) and after a few laps in the other direction check out the park.
It was so cool! It had a nice big grassy area for playing ball games/ running around, a bushy area with a bmx track (with a sign saying that you weren't allowed to make jumps higher than FIFTEEN metres... maybe that was changed from 1.5 by a young hooligan?), a wooden car on springs, lots of things to climb on and no coloured plastic in sight. To top it all off there was a bubbler (water fountain?) which I said looked like a squirter and it was! It went up at least a metre.
We'd like to go back to this park but unfortunately we aren't too sure where it was as I had been driving through back streets for an hour. But I'm sure we'll find it somehow!
