Have been transposing music for a clarinet playing friend for the last few hours. I now have very sore knuckles. How on earth did I write for 3 hours in exams? I guess writing out music requires greater accuracy than writing words... if the word misses half the line, it's still the same word... and all those little coloured in circles. It's like a free form multiple choice exam. I know that some people just put dashes instead of coloured in circles but I just can't do deliberately carefree. I can't do a squiggle instead of an &. Just doesn't happen.
Now plotting what to do with the rest of the afternoon. Perhaps some chemistry. Why oh why did I never bother to understand redox equations?
