a first

This morning I went driving with my brother to an office superstore to buy an eraser (overkill? Perhaps, but I like to have choice). That was also a first but not the first referred to in the title. The main first was that he was more interested in looking around than I was. Usually I procratinate and examine things and he wants to go. But I was bored!! I told him not to worry and to browse to his heart's content but I was amazed that I wasn't interested in anything. I didn't even LOOK at the paper aisle. Amazing. And only one impulse purchase! Well 20c for a glue stick is pretty good!

Then had a driving lesson. Today we did wet weather driving (well it was sprinkling a bit), pedestrian crossings and turning left at traffic lights. Thanfully this did not mean I am not allowed to turn right at traffic lights or there would have been a bit of trouble getting home.
