So tonight I'm taste testing two electrolyte replacement samples that were given to me a couple of weeks ago. I was all set up to do a double blind trial and had given my cups code numbers and was somehow going to blind myself... I would have worked something out. But then I poured out the powders into the cups and one was orange and the other was clear. Ah well.
The orange one tastes way less bad in my opinion. My assistant prefers the clear one. However she also confesses to liking Pocari Sweat (which apparently tastes like its name).
