Some foods I don't like much

1. Celery. Cooked or raw.
2. Musk-flavoured confectionery.
3. Pad thai with eggplant in it. Eggplant! Why?
4. Desserts that include soggy bread or cake. Bread and butter pudding made without a water bath is fine due to the bread not being soggy. Normal b&b pudding and trifle are not good. Tiramisu depends on the sturdiness of the surrounding ingredients. There is a difference between soggy and "infiltrated with tastiness"
5. Things made of cheese and spinach with no tomato influence (eg. pastries, quiche...)
6. Creamy pasta sauce with no tomato influence. Pieces of sun-dried tomatos do not redeem a dish. The tomato must be like a puree or something in the sauce itself.
7. Marshmallows coated in solid compound chocolate. Marshmallows coated in chocolate fondue (or plain melted chocolate - whatever the difference is... lack of cream....) are ok. As are Pinky bars.
8. Melting moments
9. Fake/"manufactured" meat products. I make allowances for McDonalds chicken nuggets but don't eat them much anyway. McDonalds burgers are fine because mince with stuff in it is still mince. And some chicken "tenderloins" are ok. But chicken burgers are bad. Manufactured ham and bacon are very bad.
10. Rocket.
