For the last two days I've had a dispensary assistant called Steph. Trouble is, she looks like an assistant I had at another pharmacy who was called Natalie. Yesterday my brain knew she was Steph but today it was convinced she was Natalie. So I've been calling her Nat all day. By the end of the day she was answering to it. Much simpler that way.
