Work yesterday was both good and frustrating. It was good because I had great staff and it was very busy. It was frustrating because there seemed to be an abnormally high proportion of people whinging about pricing and what "other pharmacies" do. Hello! Did I lead you at gunpoint into our pharmacy and command you to buy our products? Why not go to these "other pharmacies"? Ah! They're not open at 8pm on a Saturday... well er that's interesting.
But it was so busy there were no opportunites for sphygmomanometerising :( Ah well. Maybe next time.
