1. Yes they do random breath testing here. Particularly on public holidays and Friday/Saturday nights. They'll just pull over 4-5 cars in a row, test them all, send them off and pull in another 5.
2. I think that breathtesting Monday is an excellent new name for the Queen's Birthday weekend Arti! There has been much discussion here over what the holiday should be called (consider the Queen's birthday is actually in April and we really aren't that interested in her anyway)
