Things in my brain

There was a blog thingy going around a while ago where people shared all the things that are kept in their handbags/pockets or on their desks. So this morning, I've decided it's time to clean out my brain. And here are some things I've found filling my RAM which I can't throw out:

Log in/password combinations
*Email (four addreses, 3 passwords)
*Internet banking
*Uni learnage site dealy
*Various medical info websites (>5 log in/password combos)
*Weblogs (3)
*Bulletin boards/forums (5)
*Computer log in (uni libraries, uni access labs, uni off campus hospital computers, off campus network access - all with different passwords!)
*Sydney Morning Herald

Other codes and numbers
*PINs for ATMs etc (2)
*PBS codes for 5 pharmacies (4 -5 numbers and a letter)
*Alarm codes for 5 pharmacies
*Safe codes/combinations for five pharmacies
*My fifteen digit library card number
*Credit card machine manager codes (3 pharmacies)

Other information
*The names of all my pharmacy assistants and a rough memory of their faces (over 40)
*How long it takes to cook an invididual popcorn serving in my microwave (1 minute 20 seconds)
*The websites that I like to check on a daily basis
*Prices of weekly and return train tickets to my regular locations (although those are changing this week) and of bus tickets for 1-2 and 3-4 sections on public buses and my local private bus company.

So I know that it's bad to use the same password and log in for different things. I have about five usernames and passwords in circulation. But then they say we have to change them all once a month. Now how on earth, using letter/number combinations as recommended by the experts, am I meant to juggle all the above information (those that can be changed anyway) on a changing basis? It's not possible!
