So the northern correspondent is back but CLAIMS she is being non-procrastinatory (although her grammar isn't the best so she might say some other word that is not actually a word, unlike procrastinatory which definitely is) and doing uni work. *Yay places hands into a W formation and says "WHATever"*. Somehow that seems unlikely.
Today I bought some beans. They are adzuki beans. What should I do with them? I'm going to add the rest of the lentils to the rogan josh tonight because they go quite nicely in that. So tomorrow I might start experimenting with beans. Next thing it'll be pickled tofu in eggplant sauce with mung beans and a bit of notbacon on the side.
In other news, the rest of the lentils from last week or the week before are cooking away in the lamb rogan josh which is for dinner tonight.
