I've decided that I have to erase the list of companies to whom I need to send angry emails. I can't work up quite the same amount of rage 6 months after being treated like a criminal by a shop full of "assistants". And none are showing any signs of being contactable by email. I can't wait indefinitely.
So I think that I will have an angry list amnesty every 6 months. So you clothing chain with a French name and the people who make the PBS Yellow Book, consider yourselves off the hook for now. But beware the wrath of yay should there be further problems.
I've also taken my local bus company off the angry list because it turns out I just can't tell the time rather than them printing the timetables wrong. Phew. That could have been embarrassing :)
