I am going to tell tales and put up pictures (I'm even about to upgrade to premium flickr) but right now I'm about to cook something using fresh barramundi. This is the first time I've cooked with fresh fish (ie. I have cooked with frozen and tinned fish). So I'm a bit nervous. Fingers crossed...
