The stats man. I love the way he tells me things about who reads my blog and how they found it and what amusing google searches have resulted in hits and where most of my readers come from and what OS they use and whether they're a firefox/IE/"other" user...
But he also puts pressure on me. If I look at my stats and don't have many readers from the last 24 hours, I have to post again to make my numbers go up. Even if I don't have anything to say... what a tragedy! Don't get me wrong, it's not like I ever say much of any importance, but posting something dull for the sake of luring people here is not cool!
So Mr Stats man! You may have abandoned me, but I don't care!
