I have made it to my weekend of much sleepage (and church-going)!
So. Today. Wasn't too disastrous. Busy (because of the 4 day weekend - people panic that they will run out of medicines) but no major dramas. This is a very good thing. Thursday afternoons are prone to disasters because my boss is away.
Someone brought us a packet of "choc cross buns" today - they are made by one of the large bakery chains here (and their dodgy imitators). Anyway, I have seen these buns in the shops but refused to buy them on principal. However I was curious about what they taste like. So I was pleased that someone helped me out. The verdict - they are pleasant, I would buy them if they weren't marketed as hot cross bun substitutes. But they are not hot cross buns. Still nice though - not as overwhelming as a choc chip muffin.
Righto, my virus scan has finally finished so now I can enjoy sleep number one of my long weekend.
