I am sitting at my desk, wearing my nice new warm jacket and flossing my teeth. Well obviously I have taken a break from flossing to type this but the floss is sitting next to me. According to the packet you are meant to use 45cm for the top teeth and 45cm for the bottom. Now is it just me or does almost a metre of floss per session seem a bit excessive? I would appreciate it if flossers could post their floss length stats for me. Go on, measure it. You know you want to!
