Right. So last week I broke the delivery boy's heart.
Today I have just broken the news to a random person who has been text messaging me all day that I am not the person he met at some club on Sunday night. Really. I'm not. I was at church on Sunday night. I think he has given up now and thinks that whoever he met was a nasty so and so for pretending not to have met him. I haven't had time until now to reply and tell him that the number is wrong... and when he called at 2:30 this morning I thought it was my alarm playing off and switched off my phone. Gah!
But what are the chances of some person making up MY number to give out to people they don't want further contact with? This is the second time it's happened to me. Maybe it's the same person and she has memorised her fake number for the sake of consistency.
