trapped

So this morning I woke up at 9:40 (I think I set my alarm for 7:30 but that wasn't going to happen), ate my breakfast (stand-by breakfast of three weetbix with milk and brown sugar as we were out of English muffins) and read the paper. As I finished the final interesting section of the paper, my father arrived home from doing the shopping. I went out to the car to bring in some bags of stuff, wearing my pyjamas. This is usually fairly safe - if there's anyone else around outside they're usually wearing a dressing gown too. But three car loads of people had just arrived at my neighbour's house (my neighbour is currently in hospital), all wearing matching t shirts. I quickly grabbed some bags of food and retreated inside then sent my father out to see what was happening. They're from Hillsong apparently and are cleaning up my neighbour's yard. How nice.

But anyway, they asked my father if they could come onto our property to trim some bushes that were growing through the fence and that's fine. But now they're right outside the bathroom window. I have anxiety about having a bath while Darlene could be under the window!
