I was very excited to be given the job of making a new first aid kit for beach mission from scratch. A pharmacy shopping spree is in order!!! Hurrah! And I get to buy two containers to put all the stuff in (one main one and a travelling kit for offsite trips) and then pack it all in neatly and then administer first aid when people are wounded. And second aid as well because I am the official pharmacist and self appointed expert in all areas health related!
Bought some bits and pieces for that this morning. Then had chocolate honey nougat ice cream for lunch, in keeping with my new diet. And a sleep in the afternoon. Part of my new exercise routine. I really should write a book. Or get an infomercial slot...
