I didn't go to work today. This is a good thing as I didn't wake up til 11:00. My brother truanted his work too. So we had a lovely day pottering around and getting little jobs done. I now have passport photos. So I can apply for a passport! We also bought two African drums from the Oxfam shop. And some pistachio nuts not from the Oxfam shop. And yoghurt. And a Calvin and Hobbes book. And posted off applications and called people from the Pharmacy Board.
And what makes today extra good is that it wasn't Saturday! So I still have Saturday AND Sunday before I have to go back to work! Although I have to go to another wedding tomorrow. But that's ok. I won't know anyone there except my mother and the bride and am not invited to the reception so it'll be fine.
