Hello I suppose.

I'm knackered. Had a fairly good day though. Up, out, kids to school and nursery, off to CBT (where I got told I was determined, patient and understanding), and have been ordered to stop assuming I'm inferior; got son from nursery, took him for lunch, took him to library, got VIKING books for daughter, came home, slept for an hour, woke up, took daughter out for treat for handling things well at school and generally being great – after trudge round toyshops she went into Waterstones and got a Newsround Review Of The Year 2009 (interesting kid), walked halfway home, realised daughter's precious small plastic frog was missing, walked the mile back to Waterstones, they couldn't find it, took our number and swore they'd phone if anyone was strange enough to hand in a 20p small rubber frog; walked halfway home again, daughter found frog in pocket, much grumpy rejoicing, came home, put daughter to bed, started to fall asleep, realised I hadn't written blog, came in here, noticed this blog is showing up for some unexpected searches on Google, typed all this in, and finished with this full stop.

I'm pretty down now, but I realise it's 90% tiredness. This is underlined by the fact that it took me almost five seconds to find the % sign on my keyboard.

The comments on yesterday's blog were much appreciated. I have much to learn about patience and simplicity. I'm finding Audio Dharma very helpful for that, by the way.

I'm going to bed.
