This was soooooo yummy I had to share. It's the best dinner I've had for a long time. And simple too. I was inspired by Miss Lisa to hunt out some cannellini beans.

Fry up 1 onion chopped into rings,
1 crushed clove garlic
2 tsp parsley (I used dried, more if fresh)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
When onion is cooked add 1 can cannellini beans
Then add 1 can tomatos.
Continue to heat until very thick.

Serve with lamb chops, potato crush and steamed broccoli.

When I was a kid, my mum made mashed potatoes by giving them a quick mash and adding the tiniest bit of milk and pepper. They didn't taste that good, but I didn't know any better until I went of to beach mission and I was asked to mash the potatoes. No, no, no, no, no, no. I was told. I was shown how to make really creamy smooth mashed potatoes with lots of butter and cream, mashed round and round til it was like cream. Nice, but a lot of work. Now I've discovered potato crush. Delicious. Boil up the chopped tatties with their skins on, then drain and stir in some butter and salt with a fork. You can give it a light crush with a potato masher of you need. That's it. Even more betterer Delicious.

P.S. I had a holiday.
