Breakfast - vita brits, rice cakes and oats with soy milk

Lunch - I went to an Orthodox conference. There was tuna sandwiches for lunch, and fish fingers, and corn and cherries and watermelon, and bruchetta. Delicious. And I had peanut butter and jam sandwiches.

Dinner - Tuna Mornay (white sauce made with olive oil and soy milk - I can't believe it actually worked) and coloured rice pasta.

The conference was on mission. I'm not really a Christian speaker, but I did get 5 minutes to share my testimony, in which Orthodox Ian played a big part.

You may have noticed that Orthodox churches are sometimes called Greek or Russian or some other nationality. They're all the same, it's just that they use a different language, or their members belong to a particular national background. It does make communication between the churches a little difficult if one group assumes that everyone follows Greek cultural norms, or Lebanese cultural norms etc. So it was really good today to met a bunch of people from all different national churches, and discover that everyone got on really well, and we're all on the same wavelength.
