Beautiful day today. Had a chat over the fence with the new neighbour. Friendly guy. All they've done since they moved in is gardening. I'm feeling a bit slack right now. And I'm comparing gardens and houses. Goodness, I might have to start painting soon. No time for that right now though 'cos I'm going O/S!
I chugged away on my little tidying routine today. Bedroom, breakfast table, bathroom, kitchen. I wanted to finish the list before I started the next big room de-clutter/chuck out. Except it was four o'clock before I'd finished. I get a bit distracted. Did remove an old wardrobe, and put away all the washing that came off the line. Washing baskets are still over flowing behind the couch, but at least they're not growing.
High point of the day: pancakes with lemon juice and sugar. I make great pancakes. And chat to neighbour.
Low point: nothing really. I wish I could work a bit faster round the house, but hey, it's all a learning experience. Gotta build the foundation, layer upon layer, etc.
