An ex-missionary, who prior to leaving for the third world, felt physically ill whenever she entered a shopping centre. This she feels was necessary to break the hold of materialism over her, before she left for a village where the most treasured possession was a tin can, apparently the most versatile of material goods.
Perhaps and maybe I just don't like any music at the moment because God is preparing me for some new music of a new culture I'm about to enter into. God, I hope so.
Tonight though, I quite like Pearl Jam.
