Emerging Hermit is asking some interesting questions about how the church can support people in their work. This reminded me of a fantastic idea I've read about over at Livingroom called Everyday Spirituality Tours.
Basically everyone jumps in their cars and follows the chosen person around as they show everyone where they live out their everyday life - hangouts, work, friends etc. People then get a feel for this person's life, and pray with them about each thing they do.
