I didn't leave a cake out in the rain, but I remembered at 10pm that I needed to make one for tomorrow morning. A healthy, natural, homemade birthday cake to serve to about 10 people. It's just come out at 5 to 12. And I've just realised I left out the vanilla. So basically it's just apple cinnamon. I hope it tastes O.K. I get a bit nervous cooking for other people.
