I would hesitate to call this cooking, but I did make this. I am amazed at how simple it is to open a few cans and end up with dinner.
I did fry an onion. Does that turn this into a proper recipe?
1 can chopped tomato
1 can corn kernels
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tuna in olive oil
chilli
thyme
rice
fried onion slices
I did put it in taco shells with rocket from my vege garden and diced avocado.
