1 can coconut milk
1 can chick peas
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tsp tumeric or 1/2 tsp Australian bush spices
Put it all together in a saucepan and simmer for ages. Although I never have ages and just wait until the vegies mentioned below are cooked.
Add some pumpkin or carrot and celery, and simmer until vegies are cooked.
Serve with lots of basmati rice.
