T is for thunder

Stopped by winery yesterday and happily tried 8 different wines. I liked the Reisling- it was dry not sweet!
More wineries today - hic!
So,we went up to the Mount Lofty lookout and watched a thunderstorm eat up the city as it advanced towards us.
Then to Cleland reserve where we spent a lot of our allotted time sheltering from an amazing thunderstorm.
We watched the bandicoots scuttle as it proceeded to hail !
Then encountered Hazel the koala.
Last night we were picked up by my cousin Pauline who I last met in 1964! Her husband Tony drove us to meet Pam, Pauline's Mum. It was so good to spend time with this far flung branch of the family.
Pauline and Tony are showing us around today, so looking forward to it.
