Yesterday evening I wrapped up warm and went down to the thinking bench in the evening.
Sitting there was a bit strange as in all the solitude I realised you could see lights in the distace, in a town that is about 15 miles away across the water, around the coast.
It made me realise how close you normally are to somewhere and it is very difficult to really be nowhere. Don't know if it made me more homesick or settled.
