I have started to observe a few things recently:
1. When you tip-toe outside the bubble you find out that not everything in life starts at 7:30 (unless it is a Sunday)
2. The urban landscape is interesting and full of nature if you lift your eyes up beyond your shoes and start to look around you
3. Religion and politics are similar in that people expect you to do it vicariously for them. They don't personally want to get involved but most are happy somebody is doing it. People tend to smile at people delivering political leaflets at in the same way they do people going to church.
