I know all about learning theories, but know precious little about unlearning. This is a pity because at the moment I realise I have an awful lot of unlearning to do.
Also I know alot about formal learning, but I realise I need to do alot more informal learning which just involves sharing with people and listening to their stories. This way I might actually learn about how to deal with real life "stuff" when it happens.
Sometimes it is not helpful to deconstruct, analyse or examine though. Sometimes you need to have the courage to just get on with it.
