Melvyn Bragg did a splendid interview on BBC breakfast this morning. He was explaining why the bible is important and why Dawkins is a bit of daft person (insert the term of your choice). He explained that Dawkins has no idea about liberation theology and the role of the bible in that. When asked where people should start and if they should read it straight through Bragg suggested people take sips and enjoy it.
