A maze is a journey with dead ends, feelings of frustration and a time of being lost. But mazes also have ways through and you get there in the end, if you keep trying. The maze is therefore a symbol of the spiritual journey, particularly for many LGBT people of faith.....that's why I'm using it as the working title for a new project I'm setting up in Durham.
Maze will be a monthly time of food (fellowship), worship (getting closer to God) and spiritual discussion (developing discipleship) for LGBT Christians in the Durham area. If you're reading this and in Durham you will probably know who I am and more than likely be my FB friend.
