We have a revamped church which we used for the first time this weekend. It's beautiful. This is the Durham Times article.
The church website advertises the following and if you're in Durham it would be great if you could pop in and help us celebrate:
"Monday 6th - Friday 10th September 9am - 5pm - Come and have a look around! The church will be open for tea and coffee.
Thursday 9th September, 7.30pm - come along to the Pittington Brass Band Concert.
Saturday 11th September, 7pm there is a musical concert written by Rose Reeve and arranged by Edgar and Marion Senior entitled 'The Story of Bethel Chapel'. Refreshments of shloer, cheese and biscuits will be served.
Sunday 12th September, 10.30 - join us for a special rededication service led by Rev Ruth Gee, Chair of Darlington District and Rev Paul Wood, a previous minister at North Road.
