Saturday saw me sitting in Darlington finding out about some of the ways that people in churches might be able to be bridges and stuff. This was v. interesting and leads on to the following commercial break, signposting you to some interesting stuff that might be going on in your area.
Messy Church which goes on all over the country and has successfully grown recently in HBBC, (next one 3rd July 4-6 pm). Messy Church is food and fun for Families.
Sunday Night Extra is an initiative in Guisborough. Which has its own unique flavour but seems to have a bit of aopen mic night flavour, but without the open mic (if that makes any sense).
Changing for Good is an exciting one day conference that is going to be happening at the Wesley Study Centre in Durham on July 13th.
Anyway that's the commercial break over I am now off to not enjoy the sunshine, and get some serious work done seeing as I am currently having my annual break whilst Third Party heads off to Glastonbury for some quality time, and musical education with her grandad and uncle. This post from a couple of years ago explains why I think this has been a really important annual experience for her.
