Interesting to see there has been a call from a think tank called million+ for part-timers to be able to get access to student loans, according to the BBC Website article. Have to say I heartily endorse this idea. However, I think we have to be careful not to end up being a country where increasing numbers of people end up being part time students. Juggling can be right for some people, I've done it at various points but there are real advantages to being a full time student if you can.
