I don't believe that marriage is always the right place for sex, but I do believe sex should be within long term monogomous relationships.
I don't believe that it is always wrong to take drugs but I do believe that recreational drug use is dangerous and a problem to be tackled in our society.
I don't believe that alcohol use is wrong but I do think that our binge drinking culture needs to change.
I don't think lone parenting is wrong but I do believe children need to grow up in stable environments supported by more than just one adult.
I don't think that homosexuality is a sin but I do think that heterosexual marriage, as the norm, is what God intended - simply because the norm comes from the majority and God created the majority straight.
I don't think that it is always wrong to end a life but I do believe in the value of human life.
I don't believe that alternative religions are necessarily wrong but I do believe in the transforming power of Jesus' death and ressurection.
I'm not a fundamentalist but I do believe in the importance of living by biblical values in our personal aswell as our corporate lives.
I don't believe in war but I do believe in nations actively getting involved in the affairs of other nations to promote peace.
I don't believe women are to submit to men but I do believe that women are to serve men (just as men are to serve women).
And that folks is why a liberal / radical Christian who is also ready to describe herself as a feminist can still be an evangelical with a belief in the importance of "family values" (even if she would prefer to call them "household values").
