It's that time of year again, when we get to enjoy Eurovision . This year it all gets abit confuddling because they have split the semi-finals to try and stamp out the "political" voting for your neighbours. So we don't can't pick up the phone to vote for Dustin the Turkey tonight, but we can vote in Thursday's semi-final, (when we might be able to be a bit neutral) but other countries won't be able to.
Third Party and I have been enjoying the first semi-final and the voting from "no-where-ville-on-sea" is as follows (all our votes out of 10):
Montenegro - nil points
Israel - 7.5
Estonia - 8.5 (Cheese)
Moldovia - 4 (what was with the teddy bear?)
San Marino - 6.5
Belgium - 7 (made up language and a touch of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on acid)
Azabajan - 8 (so camp it's got to be Eurovision)
Slovenia - 4.5
Norway - 6.5
Poland - 1 (Fake tan overload or what)
Ireland - 10 (Dustin the Turkey rocks!!!!)
Andora - 7 (Excellent singer but "looks like Bodica in a strip club according to Third Party")
Bosnia and Hertzogrevena - 6.5 (this lot looked like they got lost on the way to Lost Vagueness)
Armenia - 7.5 (Probably the best proper song, although Andora is quite good in this category aswell)
Netherlands - 6
Finland - 8 (more metal from the frozen wilderness)
Romania - nil points
Russia - 6
Greece - 5
Roll on Saturday night and the main event :D
**Update, seeing as Dustin didn't make it through (sob, sob) we are now cheering on Azabajan on Saturday, from those who went through this evening **
