Shallow things help

Tractor Boys won 4 -2 against QPR yesterday, which means we are still 2nd (Wigan won aswell).

Went and had a bit of a trim & a bit of a colour (not much, but now look at bit more, well, I mean a bit less, oh you know what I mean)

Started the Christmas shopping (food and drink type stuff) and so have now taken positive action to say yes I'm going to do this

Wrote and put stamps on Christmas and Solstice cards (well I wanted to be truly inclusive to my non-Christian friends so found some Solstice cards for those who are more into that sort of thing) to be posted on the way to church, or given out at church (Christmas not Solstice cards, obviously), or taken into work tomorrow, which ever is appropriate

Third Party has put the Christmas tree up in her room, (her suggestion, knowing that I was having one of my I really don't want to do Christmas years, but she isn't going to let it get in her way which has been really good)

So all in all positive day. Amazing how the shallow things in life help. Think I am now back on planet earth, can stop spending money, can cope with the next two weeks and stop using this web log to share my attack of the "poor me's".
