Interesting e-mail from the Billy Bragg list today, about Vote Swapping in Dorset
Basically it's an idea to vote tactically and swap your vote with somebody in the neighbouring constituency in an attempt to stop the Tories. (So person a who is a Lib Dem supporter in an area where the Labour candidate stands more chance votes Labour, and in return a Labour supporter in an area where the Lib Dem candidate stands more chance votes Lib Dem in return).
Interesting idea which I can see would have alot of merits. However if it meant we went back to a huge Labour majority where they could do anything they wanted (1997) I would be wary.
