Quiz is completed.
On a serious note like everybody else I welcomed the debt relief deal Gordon Brown (& others) have managed to broker. However, it is just a start and the conditions (sorry targets) need to be looked at (transparency, accountability and anti-corruption = good but, I would argue continued forced privatisation of resources such as water =bad). Also remember it's not an issue just of debt (or aid) but a complete package of debt, aid and trade issues.
Also if anybody was in any doubt about whether protesting / letter writing / petitions make any difference this has to be taken as evidence of a definate yes. So if you are still wondering if it is worth the hassel to come up to Edinburgh, send a letter to Blair, Bush (or whoever your head of state or finance minister is) or take part in any of the various actions floating about I'd say it's now more vital than ever.
The words need to turn into concrete actions and be expanded. This can only happen if we carry on saying it's important, we're not going away, or going to be bought off by empty promises.
Take a trip to this article on BBC to have it all explained in a far more articulate article.
Oh and by the way, I make no apologies for this dominating many of my posts at the moment
