In the olden days

You waited until you got the mailings to findout the timetable for elections
Hustings involved real people squashing into rooms and asking questions aswell as listening to well prepared speeches
Politics was a bit more equal and inclusive. You did not find yourself better "informed" if you happened to have the internet and Sky. Leadership elections were not treated as mere media events or excuses for membership drives and commercials dressed up as news.

Ok, I'm sounding a bit cynical I know, but I am a Lib Dem because I believe they represent values of equality and honesty and as such I'm getting a bit naffed off with the feeling that I benefit by being a member who has the technology, whereas other, particularly older members, aren't having the same access.

On the other hand it is useful and I suppose does make sense. So here are the weblinks for each of the candidates:
Ming Cambell
Simon Hughes
Mark Oaten
Chris Huhne

Alternatively you could recognise the whole think is already getting v. boring and just ignore it.
