Yes, well

It has been a strange week to say the least and one which will have aftershocks for some time to come.Almost everything that has happened does not relate to me and so you can't have the details, but think it is appropriate to say.

Some of the stuff this week has been really positive, (in a strange kind of way - which I know some of you who read will appreciate), and I will in some form probably share with you at a later date as becomes appropriate. (Note to Surf in the Park, looks like this Turkey is preparing for Christmas).

Some of the stuff has simply left me confuddled and busy (and that is all I can say on the matter), although if over the next few weeks my posting becomes a bit more irregular don't worry, it's just life exploding.

Some of the stuff has left me wondering how God works and why he allows suffering to happen.

Some of the stuff has left me feeling like I know I am part of community (communities) who care.

Anyway that's enough of my self indulgence, so if anybody is interested here is the link to a very interesting article in the Church Times talking about current Church of England attendance figures, which will be of use to anybody studying secularisation.
