Dumpling

I know we have been stuck on the dumpling bandwagon before but these are different. The last ones were of the glutinous rice variety that one makes in the dragon baot races. These dumplings are exclusively the domain of the Northerners. I am not sure what one has to do to qualify as a northerner or if one needs to show their papers to prove that they may indeed consume the dumplings either.
